1. Write to us

Write to hello@rankologist.app. We usually answer within a few days; for a request about your personal data (access, correction, deletion, objection), the answer comes within 30 days at most. For these requests, write from your account's email address: that way we can confirm it is really you. You can already download your data and delete your account yourself in the Account page.

No postal address is published while the app is free: email is the only way to reach us.

2. Report a problem

• A wrong game page (information, cover, duplicate): use the "Report a problem" button at the bottom of the page.
• Abusive behavior, an inappropriate username, content that infringes your rights (for example a copyright): write to us with the page address or the username concerned and what the problem is; we review the request within a reasonable time.
• A security flaw: write to us without making it public, with as much detail as possible, so that we can fix it.

3. Hosting and technical providers

• Website (https://rankologist.app): Vercel Inc. (functions in London, global delivery network).
• Database and authentication: Supabase (London, United Kingdom).
• Service emails, sent from hello@rankologist.app, and domain name: Infomaniak (Switzerland).

4. Game data sources

Game data provided by IGDB. Game names, covers, descriptions and other game information come from IGDB (Twitch) and belong to their owners. Rankologist is neither affiliated with these companies nor endorsed by them.

6. Publisher

Rankologist (https://rankologist.app) is published by Felipe Saenz, a private individual, in Genève (Switzerland). There is no company and no identification number while the app is free. Contact: hello@rankologist.app.
